PROJECT SIKKA

Project Sikka × Żibel is a collaborative initiative transforming discarded materials into marine habitats. Through parametric design and precision fabrication, we created modular reef units that enhance biodiversity along Malta’s coast. Within weeks, marine life began to thrive, proving that design and fabrication can meaningfully restore natural ecosystems.

Made to Make is a non-profit MatterMake initiative that provides real, tangible experiences for kids and adolescents looking to enter the worlds of interiors, architecture, product design and other fields of physical creation. Our process is driven by design thinking, materials and acquiring material knowledge through making.
