micro-living large.
The client came to us with a problem plenty of people in Malta know: a bedroom with no room for a walk-in wardrobe, and nowhere near enough space for clothes.

So we put the bed and the wardrobe together. That gives as much storage as the room can hold, and makes a ‘sleep cove’: the bed, headboard and bedside tables tucked into an arched opening in the wardrobe itself.
A freestanding chest of drawers matches the wall unit and takes the smaller things. The furniture is finished light, which keeps the room bright and lets a small space breathe.
A freestanding chest in walnut and MDF, built to measure and designed by us.
The bed brings the contrast, the warmth and the softness: walnut veneer, and velvet on the headboard. Reading lights, soft LED lighting and the switches are built into the cove, so the bed feels private and tucked in.
Brushed gold details paired with a green velvet headboard.
It’s a small room. It didn’t need to be bigger; it needed to be thought through, and made to fit.
