the project
Mizzi Studio in London designed this one. Our job was to work out how to build it, and then build it.
There are two trees with branches and leaves, curved and straight base units, shelving wrapped round the columns, and fluted panels in kale green, made from half-round dowels. The panels over the chillers lift off, so the fridges can still be serviced. Underneath it all is a plywood frame, finished in light oak, with brass at the skirting.
We scanned the shop before starting and cut templates for the ceiling, the tiling and the plasterboard on the CNC, so everything met where it should. Built in the summer of 2023.
